Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All products purchased on this site can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A pre-paid return label will be provided. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be made to the original method of payment.

For all new mineral system kits, you can return the system within 90 days for a full refund. The controller and cell must be received before the refund is processed. The plumbing kit, including the clear tee and other components used to hook the system in and test strips do not need to be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can use any confirmation emails or shipping emails for this purpose.

Returns must be marked on the outside of the package with the Order ID of the original order. the Order ID can be found on the confirmation email(s).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These conditions do not apply to systems returned under the 90 day guarantee.

  • Item is received in a condition where it cannot be resold
  • Item packaging must be replaced in order to resell the item
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take extra time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping returns

Returns should be placed in the original shipping carton, or any shipping carton or bubble mailer that will fit the item. Once the item has been packaged, please contact us with your Order ID number for a return shipping label to be mailed.
