Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You can return all mineral system kits within 90 days for a full refund. The controller and cell must be returned to receive a refund. The plumbing kit, including the clear tee and other components used to hook up the system, and test strips do not need to be returned.

All other products purchased on this site can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your return does not need to be in “new” condition to qualify for a refund if it is returned within the designated time period.

Returns & Refunds

To complete your return, please log into your My Account page and click the Return button beside your order. If you do not have an account, please complete this form.

We will email you a pre-paid return label with USPS. Please put the item in the original shipping box or any box or bubble mailer it fits in. Affix the provided mailing label and mail it from your mailbox or local USPS office.

Please email us once the item has been mailed. We will submit your refund using your original payment method once we have received and inspected the item.

Please note that your bank or credit card can take up to 14 days to reflect the refund on your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take extra time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch with us.
