Starter

Starter cells are good for when you only need a few more months. They will last around 3 months on average. Starter cells use copper and zinc and are effective at algae control.

Standard

Standard cells are recommended for most pools. You should expect 3-6 months of life, depending on the pool size, weather and usage. Standard cells use copper and zinc and are effective at algae control and improving water clarity.

Long Life

Long Life cells are the best value. They can be used with any pool to get the maximum life, but are especially recommended for large pools or for use with the 40,000 gallon Mineral Lion controller. They offer 6-12 months of life on average and use copper and zinc for algae control and water clarity.
